A presentation of the development proposals for the site at Little Oddynes Farm, adjacent to Waterbury Hill, was made at the last Parish Council meeting.
The owner is intending to seek Outline Planning Permission for a major development of 49 dwellings on this large greenfield site which is outside of the built up boundary of the village.
