All those who commented on the "Sledging Field" Planning Application should be receiving a letter from MSDC advising them that an appeal has been made against the planning refusal and that an inquiry is to be held.
Copies of all the representations made by everyone previously will be forwarded to the Inspector, so there is no need to write in again at this stage, unless you wish to make a new comment, modify or withdraw your previous representation.
Now it is for the Local Authority to defend their decision but we will be contacting the Planning Officer to see how the community can best support them in this process.
