Representatives from Fairfax, the developers for the Birchgrove Road site, exhibited details of their revised proposals at a public consultation event held in the village hall this morning.
Their amended plans show a larger site with an increased number of dwellings, now totalling 45 units.
We have been advised that they intend submitting a revised planning application within the next 2 months.
