A fourth planning application has been submitted by Fairfax for the Birchgrove Road site. This one is an outline planning application for up to 32 new dwellings, comprising 85% affordable housing units and 15% open market units, with access from Birchgrove Road, open space, associated infrastructure and landscaping. All matters reserved except for access.
It's good to see a high percentage of affordable housing but is this site really the right place for it?
