As expected the outline planning permission for a proposed development at Jeffrey’s Farm has now been submitted to and been validated by Mid Sussex District Council under reference no. DM/16/3974.
This proposed development is for up to 42 residential units with associated garaging, car parking, a pavilion building and access roads. There is scope for further development on this site. The plans can be seen at www.midsussex.gov.uk/planningregister
Any comments on this development need to be made to MSDC before Friday 16th December 2016 and MSDC expect to make their decision by Tuesday 7th February 2017
Horsted Keynes Parish Council will be discussing the Jeffrey’s Farm planning application in their December meeting at 7.30pm Tuesday 13th December 2016. This development has massive implications for Horsted Keynes - please attend this meeting if you can. Please either send or email your comments into Horsted Keynes Parish Council before the meeting.
It is critical that all concerned villagers submit their comments into the Planning Division of MSDC as a matter of urgency as follows:
