We understand that a planning appeal has been submitted by the developers following MSDC’s refusal of the application for 9 houses on the Sledging Field.
The appeal has yet to be validated by the planning inspectorate and we are currently awaiting formal notification.
We do not anticipate that representations will need to be made until the new year but we will let you know when we have any further information.
